Our Story
Having worked at Slack and Salesforce for over 5 years, we understand how efficient and productive organizations can be when adopting a Slack-first approach, especially when powered by AI and Salesforce integration. The gap between where companies are today and what’s possible inspired the creation of a Slack-first consultancy.
And so, Bryd was born. We specialize in showcasing the real power of the platform we use and love every day, helping organizations leverage Slack, AI, and Salesforce to transform their workflows. Our goal is to offer fast, flexible services, support, and tools that truly enable productive, intelligent collaboration in Slack.
Founders
Laurence Fitch
Laurence was a founding member of the Slack APAC team, serving as a Sales Director. Recognising an opportunity to assist clients and become one of the first global implementation partners of Slack, he collaborated with Jacob to create Bryd.
Laurence's journey with Slack began at Datorama, which was acquired by Salesforce in 2018. Slack was not yet a widely adopted internal collaboration tool at the time, and post-acquisition, the need for a partner to scale at the pace Salesforce operates became apparent.
He has entrepreneurial roots early in his career in London with an AI tech startup, LoopMe. He played a significant role in the company's go-to-market strategy and growth from 9 to over 300 employees.
Jacob Campbell
Jacob has extensive experience overseeing large-scale Slack deployments across 13+ countries, including Australia, Singapore, India, and the United States, for some of Slack's largest clients worldwide.
At Slack, he started as one of the first Customer Success Managers in APAC - Sydney before being chosen to lead the strategy for the Asia expansion in Singapore. His role was primarily post-sales, involving implementation, consulting, and retention.
His early career started at Deloitte as a Transformation Consultant, which led him to recognise an opportunity to partner with Laurence and leverage their combined skills and expertise to launch Bryd.
